H4 - Headings
Recognising the importance of student well-being, the Office of Student Affairs (OSA) has launched the "NUS Student Life & Wellness Survey" on 21 Mar 2024. This annual survey aims to delve into the various facets of student life, mental health, and well-being. Through a combination of quantitative data analysis and qualitative insights, the survey deep dives into the lived experiences of NUS students, uncovering both the triumphs and tribulations that shape their academic journey. The survey responses provide invaluable insights into the challenges faced by students and areas where support and intervention are most needed.

A sense of belonging is crucial for students as it contributes to their overall satisfaction and connection to the university community. It implies that participating in CCAs not only offers students opportunities for skill development and personal growth but also fosters a supportive social environment. This finding underscores the positive impact of extracurricular involvement on mental and emotional health.
OSA encourage students to join an interest group or try a new activity of interest to forge meaningful connections.
